I am Paul Eugene, born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. I became certified as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer in 1989 and have been inspiring the world to exercise their body soul and spirit ever since then. I have taught in corporations, health clubs, community centers, University and so much more.
In 2003 I began to produce and host the Paul Eugene Fitness show on PCTV21 in Pittsburgh, PA. The show has won 3 media awards for excellence in its long run. I retired from the show in 2024. It was a good long ride.
I also have a large following on social media with close to 150,000 followers on my YouTube channel as well as Facebook, Instagram and X (formerly Twitter).
I own two Roku fitness channels, “Paul Eugene Workouts” and “Chair Fitness TV” and both are doing well.
In 2023 I did my first Workout Cruise tour on the Royal Caribbean cruise line Harmony of the Seas sailing to Coco Cay, Bahamas and to Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico. It was quite an adventure to meet so of my follower’s face to face. In 2025 I will embark on Workout Cruise Tour #2 to Puerto Rico and St. Maarten in late February and early March. I am quite sure it will be a blast.
In the past year I have been taking some time to author a couple of journal books. My goal is to write a book about my life journey, Christian science fiction time travel and perhaps senior romance novels.
I will be turning 68 this year and my mind is actually reflecting on turning 70. Where would I like to be and doing that is different from now. I love change and growth, without it life would be boring. To God I give all the glory for my life journey.
