The Classes
I have been teaching fitness classes since 1989 and have quite a variety of formats that I have taught. The workout classes on this cruise consists of:
- Low Impact Cardio
- Dance Fitness
- Latin Dance
- Resistance Band Strength Training
- Meditation
- Sunrise Walk
It was fun teaching to a group of diverse people at different body shapes, sizes and fitness level. I was having so much fun that I forgot that I was on a ship!
